The heart is a strong organ

I am feeling extremely low right now. My mind is too clouded to function properly.

I had an terrible argument with my partner last night and he asked me to take my things and leave. He said he loves me but do not need me. And that I do not owe him anything... not even an apology.

The heart is a strong organ, so strong that it can pump blood throughout the body... but weakest when emotionally affected.

I need to get distracted from all of this. Please help.

@ John: Thanks John. The heart does endure. I don't want mine to get too tired though. I am dealing with it now. Thanks for the well wish.

@ Jamie: I did the exact thing... not cook, not work out, but busied my self with work... I was driving home last night and felt how tired my body was... but like the heart the minds is as strong. It can't stop doing what it does... think, think, think. I got home... my partner was asleep, I sat on the bed side and fell asleep. My body was too tired to think. It worked!

I was awaken and I was asked to get on the bed.

But now I am up again.
